2017 Annual General Meeting

The GOTBA Victoria 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday November 26th, at Sandown Greyhound Racing Club (upstairs).  

Member Registration will commence from 5.45pm.  Memberships can be renewed during registration for the AGM.

If you are not currently a member but would like to join, you can do so anytime up until the AGM starts, including during Member Registration.  Join online here or download an application form here and bring it with you on the night.

The AGM itself will start at 6pm.

There are 5 Committee positions to be filled: Karen Leek and Sandra Reed are both up for re-election and there are 3 other vacancies.

If you have been a member for at least the last 12 months, you can nominate for the Committee.  All you need to do is complete the official nomination form and return it by the close date of November 11.  The form can be downloaded here.

A light supper will be served at 6.45pm.  From 7.30pm, the Committee will be available for an informal Q & A session.

2017 has been a very big and busy year for the Committee Members: one or more of the Committee have attended stakeholder sessions on Code of Practice, Planning, Education & Training (Skills Australia) and written submissions as required, have run workshops on the Code of Practice and assisted members with submissions, assisted/represented members at the RADB, VCAT and with local Council Planning Departments and responded to several GRV proposals.
